摘要
本文采用多弧离子渗镀技术,在镍基高温合金基片上获得扩散层和沉积层,形成了既有扩散层又是等轴晶组织的CoNiCrAITaY抗高温氧化涂层;分析了涂层和界面的成分、组织形貌;进行了静态氧化试验。
The CoNiCrAlTaY coating prepared by multi arc ion diffusing-plating technique on a nickelbase superalloy GH220 was investigated.SEM with energy spectrum was used to analyze the composition and morpholoy of the coating.The isothermal oxidation test at 1100℃ in static air was conducted to evaluate the property of the coating.The results showed that the coatings consisting of equiaxed grains with a 3~4μm diffusion layer,possessed excellent oxidation resistance.
