摘要
考察了水/气、反应压力和床层热点温度对Shell粉煤加压气化制氨工艺中甲烷化副反应的影响。结果表明:增加水/气、降低床层的热点温度均可以减少出口甲烷含量,从而避免甲烷化副反应带来的不利影响。
The influences of water gas ratio, pressure of reaction and temperature of hot point in reaction bed on by-reaction in methanation in Shell powdered coal gasification process are explored. The result shows that increasing water gas ratio, decreasing the temperature of hot point of the bed can lower the content of methane to avoid disadvantage influences out of by-reaction in methanation.
