摘要
初步讨论炼厂制氢的必要性,对规模化的制氢技术进行了简要介绍。通过有代表性的天然气、渣油、水煤浆、干粉煤为制氢原料,分析讨论各原料制氢流程的最佳技术路线配置和典型物料平衡,并对4类原料选定的技术路线制氢成本进行技术经济分析,从成本角度初步探讨适宜炼厂制氢的原料和技术路线选择,结果表明,煤作为原料制氢不仅在技术上具有可行性,在经济性上也表现出越来越强的优势,以煤为原料的制氢装置在炼厂特别是重质油炼厂中将会得到广泛应用。
The necessity of hydrogen production for the refinery and its commercial production were described,and the optimal route and typical material balance of each feedstock-based hydrogen production flow were discussed with the feedstocks such as natural gas,residue oil,slurry coal,powder coal.The techno-economic analysis of the hydrogen production cost for the routes selection was made based on four kinds of feedstocks,and the proper feedstock and technical route selected for refinery were discussed from point view of cost.The result shows that coal-based hydrogen production is not only feasible in technology but also excellent in economics,which will be widely used in refinery plant,especially heaven crude oil refinery.
