轻质预应力混凝土平台罐体的温度场试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF TEMPERATURE FIELD OF PRESTRESSED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE PLATFORM TANK

摘要 通过大比例模型试验 ,对轻质预应力混凝土平台罐体温度场的分布规律和罐壁中空气夹层的保温效果进行了研究 ,证明空气隔热层的良好保温效果 ,并根据试验分析结果 ,为实际工程应用提出建议 ;建立有限元模型 ,对罐体温度场进行理论分析 ,其计算结果与试验结果符合较好 ,证明分析方法是可靠的。研究成果为这种新型平台的设计和将来的使用提供试验和理论依据。 Distributing regulation of temperature field in a tank of concrete platform and effect of heat preservation of air layer in the tank wall was studied by experiment of a large scale model.It is proved by analysis that the heat preservation of air layer in the tank works well.Suggestion for practical application is proposed according to the experiment results.A finite element model was established to analyze the temperature field in tank theoretically.Reliability of the calculating method is indicated by that calculating results tally with of experiments.A theoretical and experimental gist for design and the future practical application of this new type of platform could be provided.
