预应力作用下多功能混凝土采油平台罐体各部分相互作用分析

摘要 为了开发我国渤海及其他浅海油田 ,设计研究了具有单罐、五腿柱的轻质预应力混凝土平台 .其主要特点是同时具有采油和储油功能、可移动、吃水浅、造价低、可重复利用 .由于这种平台结构复杂 ,施加预应力时各部分之间会产生相互影响 ,使用传统的分析方法无法分析清楚此受力情况 .因此采用分步施加预应力的方法 ,通过把罐体的各部分单独分离、部分组合并分别进行计算 ,进一步明确了罐体各部分分别对其他部分的制约作用 .为混凝土平台中预应力钢筋的布置和施工提出了指导意见 . In order to exploit oil resources in the Bo Sea and other shallow seas of China, a platform made of steel and light weight and high strength concrete with a tank and five steel-columns is designed. At the present time, the concrete platform has never been constructed in China. This kind of platform has some advantages, such as multi-function (extraction, storage), mobility, shallow draft and low manufacturing cost; it can also be reused. Because of its complex structure, interactions among platform elements will occur when prestresses are exerted on them and these actions can not be analyzed distinctly by using ordinary methods. Prestresses are exerted on the structure step by step. Through separating the elements of the platform, and combining several of them, then analyzing them individually, the interactions are clarified. This paper provides guiding suggestions for the arrangement of the prestressed reinforcement and the construction of the concrete platform.
