摘要
用层次分析法和模糊数学建立了港口VTS工程建设分级标准的数学模型,得到了各级VTS各因素的分级标准和级界标准.利用n维Fuzzy向量空间的隶属原则和择近原则对任一港口进行了VTS等级识别,检验结果令人满意.本文提出的方法不仅可用于港口VTS工程建设,而且也适用于其它行业有关标准的分级.
In this paper,a mathematical.model of grading port VTS project standard has been estab-
lished by AHP method and fuzzy methematics. The grade and its limit- standard of each element of
different level VTS has been gained. By the principle of position and neighbourhood in fuzzy vec-
tor spaces of N dimentions,the classification of any port VTS has been identified. The test results
are satisfied. This model can be used not only for grade of port VTS,but also for that of other oc-
cupations.
