摘要
目的 研究福建产白花蛇舌草多糖和总黄酮的提取与含量测定。方法 采用苯酚 -硫酸法测定多糖含量 ,采用亚硝酸钠 -三氯化铝法测定总黄酮含量。结果 测得多糖含量为 9.2 6%,总黄酮含量为 10 .3 3 %。结论 与其它产地白花蛇舌草比较 ,福建产白花蛇舌草多糖和总黄酮的含量较高 ,适用于工业化制备。
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction and determination of polysaccharide and flavone in Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.)Roxb.produced in Fujian.METHODS Content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol sulphuric acid assay content of flavone was determined by erinitrit aluminium trichloride assay.RESULTS The content of polysaccharide is 9 2%.The content of flavone is 10 33%.CONCLUSION Compare with Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.)Roxb.produced in other place of production,the content of polysaccharide and flavone in Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.)Roxb.produced in Fujian is suitable for further exploitation.
