血清中肝细胞生长因子与系统性红斑狼疮活动性的关系 被引量:1

The relationship between serum level of HGF and disease activity in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 目的 探讨血清中肝细胞生长因子 (HGF)与系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)活动程度的关系和意义。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法 ,检测 30名健康人和 36例SLE患者血清HGF水平 ,并分析其与SLE活动性变化关系。结果 SLE患者血清HGF水平 (14 33 3± 15 4 0ng/L)明显高于正常对照组 [(114 2 1± 78 8)ng/L ,P <0 0 0 1];糖皮质激素治疗后血清HGF水平 (110 1 1± 10 0 2 0 )ng/L与治疗前 (12 12 1± 10 2 5 )ng/L相比 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;SLE患者活动期血清HGF(15 0 1 3± 2 0 1 8)ng/L高于非活动期 [(1311 7± 2 31 2 )ng/L ,P <0 0 5 ];非蛋白尿组(15 35 0± 2 33 2 0 )ng/L明显高于蛋白尿组 [(12 5 3 2± 10 4 6 )ng/L ,P <0 0 0 1];关节炎组(15 12 3± 2 38 1)ng/L明显高于非关节炎组 [(12 93 4± 71 8)ng/mL ,P <0 0 1]。结论 HGF可能与SLE的发病相关 ,血清HGF可作为反映SLE活动程度、肾脏损害及疾病进展或改善的一项指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum level of Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and the disease activity of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Serum level of HGF in 30 control and 36 SLE patients were measured by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay. ResultsSignifi cantly increased sera level of HGF were found in SLE patients as compared to that in healthy controls[ (1 433.3±154.0)ng/L vs (1 142.1±78.8)ng/L,P<0.001]. Serum level of HGF were higher before treatment(1 212.1±102.5)ng/L than after treatment [(1 101.1±100.2)ng/L, P<0.05]. Sera level of HGF were higher in active patients than those with inactive disease [(1 501.3±201.8)ng/L vs ( 1 311.7±231.2) ng/mL, P<0.05]. Sera level of HGF were decreased in patients with proteinuria than those without, which were[( 1 253.2±104.6 )ng/L vs (1 535.1±233.2 ) ng/L, P<0.001]. Markedly higher serum levels of HGF were found in patients with arthritis than those without [(1 512.3±238.1)ng/mL vs(1 293.4±71.8)ng/L, P<0.01].Conclusion The present data suggest that HGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE, and serum HGF level could be a marker of monitoring disease activity, renal damage, disease progression and amelioration of SLE.
