特发性胎儿宫内生长迟缓新生儿的体液免疫变化

摘要 本文对18例特发性胎儿宫内生长迟缓(IUGR)和20例正常生长的新生儿脐动脉血清和母血清中IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3水平及总补体溶血活性(CH_(50))进行了测定。结果表明,特发性IUGR时母血清Ig及C3水平、CH_(50)无明显改变,但其新生儿IgG、IgA水平低下,补体C3合成不足,总补体活性下降。提示特发性IUGR的新生儿体液免疫系统的发育和成熟受到影响,对感染的抵抗力比适于胎龄儿更为低下。因此.对IUGR婴儿应加强护理,及时应用抗生素预防感染。 Immunoglobulin G, A, M and complement 3 (IgG, IgA, IgM and C3) levels and CH50 were measured in paired maternal and neonatal umbilical artery serum samples from 18 pregnant women with idiopathic fetal growth retardation (IUGR) and 20 with normal growth delivered vaginally. The results showed that lower levels of IgG, IgA and C3, and decrease of CH50 were found in newborn infants with idiopathic IUGR, but no significant changes in their maternal serum Igs, C3 and CH50 were observed. These findings suggest that the development and maturation of the humoral immune system are impaired in newborn infants with idiopathic IUGR, and the resistance of these infants to infection is even lower than that of babies appropriate for gestational age. Therefore, intensive care should be given to newborns with IUGR and prophylactic antibiotics administered in time.
