CD147与子宫内膜异位症的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨和比较免疫球蛋白超家族分子CD147在子宫内膜异位症患者异位子宫内膜、在位子宫内膜及健康人子宫内膜中表达及定位。方法 :采用免疫组化方法对 30例异位子宫内膜及其 18例同期在位子宫内膜和 15例健康人子宫内膜组织中的CD147的表达进行观察。结果 :异位子宫内膜标本中CD147表达增强 ,以膜分布为主 ;而无论有无子宫内膜异位症 ,在位子宫内膜中CD147表达无差异。结论 :CD147分子表达在异位子宫内膜和正常子宫内膜存在明显差异。CD147可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生密切相关。 Objective:To evaluate the expression and localization of CD147 in endometriosis Methods: The expression of CD147 protein on paraffin embeded tissues was determined by immunohistochemical analysis endometriotic tissues ( n =30) and matched eutopic endometria( n =18) of patients with endometriosis and eutopic endometria of normal menstruating women without endometriosis( n =15) Results:Endometriotic tissues showed statisticaly stronger staining compared with eutopic endometria( P <0 05) Conclusion: Compared to eutopic endometrium,ectopic endometrium has a higher capacity to produce CD147
