摘要
介绍了栅栏技术的基本原理,分析了鲜切莱易出现的质量问题及控制鲜切菜质量的栅栏因子,概述了栅栏技术在鲜切菜生产中的应用。
In this paper, the mechanism of HT was introduced and quality-controlled problem and hurdle factors for fresh-cut vegetables were analyzed, in the end.the application of HT in the fresh-cut vegetables was summarized.
