摘要
目的 :对比研究青年人与老年人结直肠癌的临床及病理特征 ,探讨其异同点。方法 :阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果 :与老年人相比 ,青年人结直肠癌病变部位以直肠多见 ,临床症状不典型、病理分化程度差、早期诊断率低、误诊率高、转移早、预后差。结论
Objective:Contrasting the clinical and pathological characteristics of colorectal cancer between youth and the elder,to explore their similarities and difference.Method:Reviewing the related literatures home and abroad and recapitulating them.Result:Compared with the elder,the rectal cancer in youth were common,with atypical clinical symptoms,lower pathological differentiation,lower early diagnosis rate and higher misdiagnosis rate.The cancer cells tranfered early and its prognosis was worse.Conclusion:There are different clinical and pathological characteristics in colorectal cancers between youth and the elder.
