摘要
通过控制结晶法制备了纳米氢氧化镍,采用粉末晶体衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和比表面积测试对纳米氢氧化镍粉末进行了表征。粉末晶体衍射分析表明晶粒的基本尺寸为7 nm。透射电镜观察单分散的纳米颗粒的尺寸约为20 nm。通过掺入纳米级导电剂进行二次造粒,制备了高导电性、高电化学活性的球形纳米晶粒Ni(OH)2。以纳米级Co-(OH)2为导电剂的样品,3 C充放电活性物质利用率达99 %,10 C充放电(放电至0.9 V)活性物质利用率为89 %。
Nano-scale nickel hydroxide was prepared with a 'controlled crystallization' method. The measurement results of XRD and TEM show that the crystal of the nano-scale Ni(OH)2 is β-style with a diameter of 20 nm and the size of crystal grain is about 7 nm. Through spray drying the nanophase powder was reagglomerated to a spherical dimension of 1-10 μm with nano-scale conductive materials. The utilization of Ni(OH)2 adding nano-scale Co(OH)2 reaches 99% at 3 C and 89% at 10 C (discharge to 0.9 V).
