摘要
介绍了采用水热法制备氢氧化镍纳米材料的方法;采用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析、比表面积测试等对产品进行了表征。结果表明:制备的β-Ni(OH)2呈类球形,直径约50~80nm。通过循环伏安和恒流充放电测试研究了材料的电化学性能。结果表明:样品以0.2C放电,最高比容量达191mAh/g。
Hydrothermal reaction was employed to synthesize Ni(OH) 2 nano-material. The structure and maerograph of the sample was characterized by X-ray diffraetion(XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Bruauer-Enn-Teller(BET) test. The results indicated that the sample was nano-sized β-Ni(OH)2 with diameter about 50 - 80nm. The electrochemical performance of the β-Ni(OH)2 was investigated by means of the experiment of galvanostatic charge-discharge property and Cyclic Voltammetry. The results indicated that the highest discharge specific capacity of 191mAh/g at a constant current density of 0.2C was obtained for the sample.
