摘要
介绍了传统的和新的滚动轴承寿命理论和计算方法 ,分析了两种计算方法的特点并给出计算实例。通过分析得出如下结论 :(1)轴承材料的发展和制造技术的改进 ,使现代轴承的寿命比传统材料和技术制造的轴承寿命有显著提高 ;(2 )修正寿命方程仍适用于一般工况下的轴承寿命预测 ;(3)SKF工程研究中心提出的滚动轴承寿命新理论和新计算方法 ,考虑了当轴承载荷低于疲劳极限载荷时的“无限寿命”现象和杂质颗粒的影响 ,具体应用时应根据实际工况 ,确定是否适用新方法。
The characteristics of the traditional method and the new method for calculating the life of the rolling bearing are analyzed, and an example of calculation is presented. Conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) the life of the modern bearing is remarkably improved owing to the improvement of the material and manufacturing technology; (2)the update life equation is still suitable for predicting the life of the bearing under normal conditions; (3) the new theory mentioned in this article considers the phenomenon of 'infinite life' and the influence of the impurity particles, so it is necessary to determine whether or not the new life calculating method being used according to the actual working conditions of the bearing.
