摘要
对聚丙烯熔喷非织造布进行常温双极电晕驻极,可使组成该材料的聚丙烯超细纤维成为永久带电的纤维驻极体。过滤性能测定结果表明,静电作用极大地提高了变性后材料对气相中固体微粒的过滤效率;TSC谱图上71℃附近存在一放电峰,与谈峰对应的是捕获空间电荷的表层或次表层能阱;X光衍射图分析结果说明电晕驻极使材料结晶结构趋于稳定。
In this paper a method of manufacturing fibrous electret is presented. Polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabrics are passed through the corona discharge from bars with opposite polarity at room temperature, whereupon permanent charges are introduced into the microfibers of the fabrics. Electrostatic effect of the microfibers with permanent electric charges has improved obviously filter efficiency of the nonwoven fabrics, which filters the solid particles in gas. The nonwoven fibrous electret can be used as a new kind of cheap air filtration medium with high filter efficiency and low pressure drop. A peak at the temperature about 71℃ in the TSC spectra of the firous eletret is observed. The calculated activation energy of the trap indicates the trap is of surface or near—surface trap. X—Ray diffraction indicates that the stable crystalline structure has been improved after the polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabrics are corona charged.
