Analysis of the laminated fabric air permeability using macroscopic fluid method

摘要 测试了单层及多层织物的透气性、厚度和质量,通过对数据进行处理得出织物的透气性是按照幂函数的规律随着层数的不断叠加而减小。为了实现利用Fluent软件对织物叠层的透气性进行预测,选用porous jump模型,通过对织物采用多孔模型简化处理,得到织物层数与透气率,层数与惯性阻力系数变化曲线及关系式。通过这2条曲线得到Fluent分析时的参数设置,从而将多种参数归并到单一参数中,简化了Fluent操作过程,实现了对多层织物透气性的预测。 First, permeability, thickness and weight of different layers fabric samples were tested. The experiment data was obtained and processed. The air permeability of the fabric was reduced by the continuous superposition of the number of layers. Porous jump model was used to predict the air permeability of fabric stack. According to simplified treatment of fabric, fitting processed data to get change curve between fabric layers and air permeability or inertial resistance coefficient relationship. The set of Fluent analysis was based on change curve between air permeability and inertia resistance coefficient. Variety parameters were merged into a single parameter which simplifying Fluent software operation.
