摘要
研究了热解涂层和全热解石墨管中Sr的原子吸收信号形状和原子化行为,讨论了CaCl_2、FeCl_3和HClO_4,抑制Sr吸收信号的原因。采用EDTA铵盐作基体改进剂,全热解石墨管石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定河泥中痕量Sr,方法的特征量为6.9pg/0.0044A。
The shape of absorption signal and atomization behavior of strontium inpyrolyticlly coated and all-pyrolytic graphite tubes were studied. The reason why CaCl2, FeCl3 and HC1O4 suppress the absorption signal was discussed. A method for direct determination of trace strontium, in sediments by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with all-pyrolytic graphite tube was proposed, which uses ammonium salt of EDTA as matrix modifier. The sensitivity of the method is 6.9 pg/0.0044A.
