石墨炉原子吸收法测定脯氨酸中微量铅

Determination of Minute Quantity Pb in Proline by Using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对脯氨酸中的铅进行测定,对测定脯氨酸铅含量的影响因素进行系统的实验分析。通过对基体改进剂、灰化和原子化温度进行优化,建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定脯氨酸中微量铅。测定结果表明铅的浓度在0~50μg/L范围内与吸光度成良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=0.003 17x,相关系数r=0.999 958,脯氨酸中铅含量为0.062 mg/kg。方法的检出限为0.365μg/L,回收率94.2%~105.2%,精密度为2.23%(n=5),重复性试验相对标准偏差为4.32%(n=5)。 Pb in proline were determined by using GFAAS, and give the systematic experimental analysis in the determination of proline which factors were affected. Through the matrix modifier, ashing and atomization temperature were to optimize,a method by using GFAAS determinated of Pb in proline were established. The results indicated the concentration of Pb in the 0-50 ug/L range with a good linear relationship between absorbanee, Linear regression equation y=0. 003 17x, the correlation coefficient r=0. 999 958, the content of Ph in proline is 0.062 mg/kg. The detection limit was 0.365 ug/L, recovery was 94.2 %-105.2 %, precision was 2.23 % (n=5), RSD of repeatability was 4.32 % (n=5).
