摘要
以对甲氧基苯甲醛为原料经对甲氧基苯乙腈的高压催化氢化和β-硝基对甲氧基苯乙烯的还原两种途径合成β-(对甲氧基苯)乙胺。并改进了合成中间体的某些反应条件,收率有所提高。
p-Methoxyphenethylamine was synthesized from p-methoxybenzaladehyde by eatatytic hydrogenation of pmethoxybenzylcyanide under high pressure and reduction of β-nitro p-methoxystyrene. The reaction conditions for synthesis of some intermadiates was optimized and the yield was improved.
