摘要
介绍了对甲氧基苯乙腈的各种合成路线,并对其进行简单评价。重点介绍了以对氯苯乙腈为原料合成对甲氧基苯乙腈的方法,该方法具有反应路线简单,原料低廉,收率较高等特点,是一条适合工业化生产的路线。
Various synthesis methods for p-methoxyphenyl acetonitrile were reviewed,and simple characters of these methods were evaluated.A new synthetic route which started as p-chlorophenyl acetonitrile was introduced especially.This method had the advantages of easier in reaction route,cheaper material and higher yield,so it was a suitable route for industrial production.
