摘要
近几十年来,在世界范围内发生了多起电压失稳甚至电压崩溃事故。文章从宏观的角度深入分析了两起典型电压崩溃事故的具体过程和原因。在此基础上,结合我国电网的实际情况,提出提高电网电压稳定性,防止电压失稳和电压崩溃的具体措施。
In the recent decades, many voltage instability and voltage collapse incidents occured worldwide. Theynot only had great impact on the people's life, but also caused tremendous economic losses. This paper conducts in-depth analyses of the concrete processes and causes of two typical voltage collapse incidents. Combining with thepractical grid situation of China, this paper proposes many specific measures of improving voltage stability andpreventing voltage instability and voltage collapse.
