摘要
本文采用快速试验法,研究了粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,讨论了陶粒混凝土试件在浓度为10%Na_2SO_4溶液中浸泡后的耐蚀系数、重量变化率、吸水率及体积膨胀率等物理力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,粉煤灰陶粒混凝土耐硫酸盐侵蚀能力明显高于普通混凝土。根据陶粒的特性及在混凝土中的作用,阐述了粉煤灰陶粒混凝土耐硫酸盐侵蚀的机理。
The corrosion of sintered flyash concrete in sulphate impregnation(10% Na_2SO_4)is investigated by means of accelerated tests.And some physical and mechanical properties,such as the anti-corrosion coefficient,the water absorbance,the weight change and the volume expansion fraction of the test concrete,are also discussed.The results show that the sulphate resistance of sintered flyash concrete is better than that of ordinary concrete.The mechanism is suggested of the corrosion resistance to sulphate according to the property of sintered flyash and its effect on concrete.
