Analysis on the Durability of Fly Concrete

摘要 比较分析各国对粉煤灰混凝土的渗透性、氯离子扩散系数及抗硫酸盐腐蚀的性能、碳化与抗冻性研究,指出粉煤灰混凝土的渗透性比普通混凝土大,但其在水中养护时间较长时,渗透性会降低,但粉煤灰混凝土的氯离子扩散系数比普通混凝土低,因此,用于海洋工程是大有希望的.利用深圳和东莞地区的粉煤灰作为掺合料制备混凝土以达到抗海水侵蚀的效果急待深入研究. Based on an analysis of the studies of permeability, diffusion coefficient of CL, resistance property to sulfate-attack, carbonation and freezing resistance of fly ash in different countries, it is concluded that the permeability of fly ash cocrete is larger than that of ordinary cocrete. It is also pointed out that the permeability of fly ash concrete will be lowered when cured in water for some long time. Other conclusion could be carried out is the diffusion coefficient of fly ash concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete. So it is hopeful to use fly ash concrete in marine construction for its mentioned characters.
