以4-二乙氨基水杨醛为基础合成了6只香豆素类荧光染料。通过正交实验,确定了最佳反应条件为:配料比1:1,反应时间20小时,反应温度80℃,溶剂用量1:15。产品收率可达到85%以上。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和质谱等方法对所得产物的结构进行了表征。从红外光谱图上可知,在1680-1-1750cm-1,这6只染料均有一强的吸收峰,表明为羰基(C=O)的伸缩振动。从核磁共振氢谱可知,氢原子的位置和个数均有合理的归属。从核磁共振碳谱和质谱可进一步证明这6只染料结构的正确性。
Six fluorescent brightening agents of coumarin type were synthesized from 4-diethylamino-salicylaldehyde. By orthogonal design experiments, the optimum conditions were set: the charge ratio was 1:1, time was 20 hours, temperature was 80 ℃ and the solvent ratio was 1:15, yield > 85%. Structures were characterized by IR, 'H NMR, I3C NMR and MS spectroscopy respectively. The IR revealed a strong frequency at 1680-1750cm-1, attributed to carbonyl stretching vibration. In H NMR, both numbers and positions of Hydrogen protons were reasonably attributed. The Structures of six compounds were further identified by 13C NMR and MS.
