摘要
本研究采用小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞无血清培养建立神经细胞老化实验研究模型,以显微荧光光度计测定的脂褐素自发荧光值为神经细胞老化指标,观察精氨酸加压素(AVP)、神经降压素(NT)和强啡肽(DYN)对脂褐素荧光值的影响。结果发现AVP、NT和DYN都可显著降低脂褐素荧光值(P<0.01)。提示这三种神经肽可以延缓神经细胞的老化进程。
Serum-free culture of mouse neuroblastoma cell was used as the experimental model with microfluo-rometry of the autofluorescence of lipofuscin as the index of neuronal aging. Influence of neuropeptides on the fluorescent value (FV) revelaled that neurotensin, arginine-vasopressin and dynorphi decrease the FV of lipofuscin(P<0. 01). These results suggest that each of the three neuropeptides may retard the process of neuronal aging.
