摘要
本文用Lowry氏法及电泳扫描法测定了老年(34只)及年轻(31只)大鼠血清及脑等六种组织中蛋白质的含量。结果表明,血清、脑、心、肝、肾、肌肉中蛋白质总量及血清白蛋白含量老年组明显低于年轻组(P<0.01),血清γ-球蛋白含量老年组显著高于年轻组(P<0.01),脾中蛋白质总量及血清α_1、α_2、β球蛋白的含量二组间略有差异,但无统计学意义。提示老化与某些组织蛋白含量变化有关。本文还讨论了老化时上述蛋白质变化的机理。
Protein Contents of serum, brain and 6 kinds of tissues in old and young rats were measured by Lowry's method and electrophoresis scanning. The results showed that total protein concentration of serum, brain, heart, liver, kidny and muscle and serum albumin level in old rats were much lower than that of the younger rats (P<0.01). Serum γ-globulin levels of old rats were lfigher(P<0.01) and the total protein concentrations of spleen and levels of α_1, α_2 and β-globulin had no significant difference(P>0.05). It is suggested that aging is associated with changes in some tissue protein,and the mechanism for protein content change in the aged is discussed.
