摘要
正常育龄妇女带宫内节商器后出血量增多的机理是一个很复杂的问题,它不但有机械刺激产生的物理因素而且还有一些化学因素。本文分析正常妇女及带宫内节育器后妇女子宫内膜中神经递质的含量变化,观察到带节育器后子宫内膜中去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色氨酸含量明显增加,提示在节育器刺激下引起子宫内膜中神经递质含量的增加而导致促进子宫肌及子宫内膜小动脉的收缩可能是带器后出血量增多的原因之一。
The Intrauterine Device (IUD) prevents pregnancy and also produces excess menstrual bleeding. The mechanism of IUD is a very complex problem. Our preliminary study has shown that the neurotransmitters are present in the endometrium of normal women and different in concentration between the proliferative and the secretory phases of the cycle. It is therefore suggested that the neurotransmitters may play an important role in regulation of menstrual bleeding. Attempt was made in this study to compare the changes of neuroiransmitters before and after the IUD insertion with special emphases on menstrual disorder produced by IUD. It was found that the endometrium concentration of neurotransmitters-NE and 5-HTP was increased after IUD insertion. The results indicated that the insertion IUD may produced a mechanical stimulus which enhances the synthesis or release of endometrial neur otransmitters leading to strength the myometrial and endometrial vessels contractility and result in excoss uterine bleeding.
