This paper explains the necessity and essentiality of Human Resource Management. It analyzes several primary design steps of the ERP Human Resource Management System, such as the requirement analysis, general analysis and particular analysis. At same time, it lists the System's material ideas and schemes, and some archives and instances of the actual project are also specialized in the paper.
