摘要
针对Internet环境下开发人力资源管理系统的新要求及出现的新问题,介绍了基于Delphi6的人力资源管理系统的设计方案及其具体实现方法。应用表明,该系统可大大加强企业的资源与信息共享,提高企业人力资源管理效率。
In order to solve new problems and new demands for the development of the HRMS in Internet environment,introduced the design and implementation of HRMS based on Delphi6 in detail. The practice shows that this system has enhanced the degree of sharing resources or information and improved the efficiency of handling HRM in enterprises.
