摘要
利用三维特征造型软件Inventor对小麦精密排种器进行参数化特征造型和基于装配的关联设计,探讨了排种器三维建模过程中的技术要点和基于装配的关联设计技术关键,并动态模拟装配过程和关联产生二维工程图,提高了排种器改型设计和系列化设计的效率,确保了较高的设计精度。同时为Inventor软件在其它机构设计过程中的应用提供了参考和借鉴。
This paper presents methods based on parameterized feature modeling and assembling conjunction design on wheat precision seedmeter using three-dimensional feature modeling software Inventor. The technique essentials and keys to the seedmeter modeling and assembling conjunction design process were discussed, and dynamic simulation of assembling process and conjunctional producion of two-dimensional drawing were conducted. The efficiency of remodel-design and series-design was improved, the higher precision of design was insured. And a reference for the design of other mechanisms by Inventor was provided.
