摘要
针对目前播种高速作业的要求,通过实验室台架试验研究偏心轮型孔轮式排种器排种速度对排种质量的影响.结果表明:排种器转速为18—45r/min时,其各项排种性能较为稳定,排种质量较好.通过对排种器转速与播量、排种均匀性和破碎率之间的关系曲线及其各行排量一致性和总排量稳定性变化情况的分析,验证了排种器结构的合理性和该类型排种器用于高速作业的可行性.
Aiming at high seeding operation requirement, the effect of the metering speed of the eccentric round hole-wheel seedmeter was investigated on the metering quality through test. The test demonstrated the stability of each seeding performance and good seeding quality at the speed of about 18-45 r/min. Analyzing the relation curve between the rotation speed and the seeding volume, and that of the seeding uniformity and the total volume stability, confirmed the rationality of the structure of the seedmeter and the practicability of the high-seeding operation of such kind of device.
