甘蓝显性核基因雄性不育与胞质雄性不育系的选育及制种 被引量:31

Breeding and Seed Production Technique of Dominant Genic Male Sterile(DGMS) Line and Cytoplasmic Male Sterile (CMS) Line in Cabbage

摘要 利用甘蓝显性核基因雄性不育材料DGMS79-399-3(79-399-3Ms)和引进的CMSR3625等改良胞质雄性不育材料作不育源,以优良自交系作转育父本,育成了一批不育性稳定、生长发育正常、配合力好的雄性不育系,配制出中甘16等6个甘蓝新品种。用雄性不育系进行规模化制种,每667m2生产杂交种种子40~50kg。不育系亲本可在隔离网棚用蜜蜂授粉繁殖,成本较低。杂交率比用自交不亲和系制种的高5%~8%。 The dominant genic male sterile (DGMS) 79-399-3 (79-399-3Ms) of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitataL.) found by our group and the improved cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) R3625 introduced from abroad were used as sterilesource, and the superior inbred lines were used as male parents in developing a number of male sterile lines with stablesterility, normal growth and development, good combining ability. Five new cabbage hybrids including Zhonggan16 havebeen developed, and they have been extended to about ten provinces in China. The developed male sterile lines have beenused in large-scale seed production of cabbage hybrid, with seed yield of 40-50 kg per 667 m2. The parents of male sterileline can be propagated with honeybee pollination in the isolated net-house, which costs relatively less compared with otherpropagation methods. Moreover the percentage of hybrid purity is 5%-8% higher than that produced from the self-incompatible lines.
