摘要
一个与甘蓝显性雄性不育基因连锁的RAPD标记OT1190 0 被转化为显性的SCAR(SequenceCharacterizedAmplifiedRegion)标记ST1190 0 ,它可用于甘蓝显性雄性不育基因转育辅助选择。
A RAPD marker OT11 900 linked to a dominant male sterility gene in cabbage was converted to a SCAR(Sequence Characterized Amplified Region)marker ST11 900 .The new marker was proved to be useful in molecular marker assisted selection of dominant male sterility selection in cabbage breeding.
