摘要
工农业的快速发展 ,使我国农业环境污染日趋严重 ,农产品污染普遍 ,危害人体健康 ,制约农业、经济、社会的可持续发展。加强农业环境保护 ,确保农产品质量安全是农业持续高效发展的唯一途径。为此必须加大污染源的控制力度 ,加强农产品安全生产的基础研究 ,包括无公害生产资料的研究 ,无公害农产品清洁生产关键操作技术 ,提高土壤安全生产能力的生物学调控技术及环境和农产品污染的监测技术和预警方法等。建立一套适合我国国情的农产品安全生产技术保障体系 。
Environmental pollution in agricultural areas becomes more and more serious due to the rapid development of industry and agriculture in recent years. As a result, pollution of agro-products is widespread, and human heath is influenced. All these have limited sustainable development of agriculture, economics and societies. The only way to keep sustainable development of agriculture is to protect agricultural environment and secure the safety and quality of agro-products. Apart from controlling contamination source, it is much need to study on basic theories of production of safe food. The key tasks include: 1) green material, the producing technology of green agro-products, 2) bio-remediation technologies for increasing soil productivity for safe food, 3) monitoring and prediction of agro-product pollution, 4) so as to establish a series of technologies ensuring safe food production, accelerating sustainable development of agriculture.
