摘要
以单片机80C552应用系统为控制器,以伺服电机为执行机构等组成的MIG焊焊枪位置传感为控制系统,针对MIG焊特点,研制了以旋转电弧扫描器为焊枪位置传感器.跟踪和焊接实验结果表明,本系统设计合理,跟踪实时性好,抗干扰能力强,控制精度高,高度和横向跟踪误差均小于1mm,可用于实际MIG焊焊缝跟踪控制.
A sensing and controlling system of welding torch position in MIG welding is developed,in which a rotating arc scanner is served as the torch position transducer,a monolithic computer 80C552 as the controller,and servo motors as actuators.Tracking and welding tests show that the system exhibits good real-time tracing,antijamming ability,and control precision.
