摘要
在现有电弧传感信号处理理论与方法基础上,针对脉冲熔化极气体保护焊(Gas Metal Arc Welding,GMAW)的电弧传感信号特性进行研究,提出一种用于实现脉冲GMAW焊摆动式电弧传感焊缝跟踪系统的电弧传感信号处理方案。结合脉冲门限值和极小值滤波方法,从焊接过程中变化的脉冲电流信号中提取出反映焊炬高度变化的基值电流信号,通过积分差值法利用该基值电流信号计算出焊炬与焊缝的相对位置偏差信息,实现焊缝跟踪。
Based on the existing arc sensing signal processing theory and method,the characteristics of arc sensing signal in the process with pulsed current GMAW(gas metal arc welding) were researched.The solution was proposed to realize the seam tracking system based on oscillation arc sensor for pulsed GMAW.From the changed and pulsed current signal of welding process,the base current signal,reflecting the change of welding torch height was extracted by the method of combining peak threshold value with minimum filter.The information of relative position deviation of between the welding torch and welding seam was computed through current area integral difference method,then,the seam tracking was realized.
