摘要
本文从我国高等级公路建设现状出发,建立较为全面的评价高等级公路投资方案的指标体系,并利用层次分析(AHP)法确定指标体系的权重,最后引入综合满意度概念,对高等级公路投资方案进行综合评价与决策。
On the basis of the present situation of high-grade highway construc
tion in China,a set of indices for evaluating the investment schemes of a high-grade
highway project was derived and is presented in this paper,and the AHP method to
determine the weight of each index in the comprehensive evaluation was adopted
Accordingly,a concept of comprehensive satisfactoriness is elaborated for the evalua
tion and decision making of a high-grade highway investment scheme.
