摘要
文章介绍了确定建设项目序列安排的迫切度模型和层次分析模型等方法,分析了两种方法在实际应用过程中存在的不足,进而提出了基于动态理论改进的方法。最后通过算例说明了改进后的方法能更好地反映路网的实际需求。
This paper introduces Urgent Degree Model and AHP used in arranging the sequence of highway constructive projects, analyzes the shortage of the two methods, and puts forward an improved method based on dynamic theory. At last, this paper offers a case to indicate that the improved method can better reflect the actual network.
