摘要
介绍甘露醇的国内外生产方法及进展、应用及消费情况。由于海带提取法受原料及成本限制,以蔗糖为原料的合成法正逐步取代海带提取法,成为甘露醇生产的主要方法。
Production,development and application of mannitol at home and abroad were reviewed. Some propositions about the production of mannitol in our country were put forward.
