摘要
以理论研究和个案剖析相结合的方法 ,以上海市农业科学院为例 ,在分析其科技种子成果转化与开发现状的基础上 ,论述了农业科研院所种子开发自身独特优势 ,提出了依托科技 ,完善政策 ,加强基地建设 ,强化管理创新意识等几方面的相应对策和举措 ,可作为农业科研院所经济开发改革和发展的决策参考。
We discussed the self superiority of developing seeds in agricultural research institutions, taking Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences for example, on the basis of both theoretical research and case study, and then put forward several appropriate measures in the aspects such as relying on the policies of improving science and technology, strengthening base construction and intensifying the consciousness of management innovation, which is for reference of the economic reform and development decision-making in agricultural research institutions.
