摘要
根据山西省农业科学院近几年农业科技成果转化项目实际运作情况,重新界定了新形势下农业科技成果转化的内涵,并对农业科技成果转化利益主体的构成、地位和作用进行了分析,提出了财政支持农业科技成果转化的思路和途径。
According to the actual operation on the transforming program of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Shanxi Academy of agricultural science in these years, this paper redefines the connotation of agricultural scientific and technological achievement transformation under the new situation, then, as far as the benefit parts of which, the commotion, status and function are analyzed. Finally, the paper suggests the thought and way to financially supporting transforming achievements of agricultural science and technology, which may play a directive role in the effort of transforming agricultural scientific and technological achievements in Shanxi.
