摘要 研究鹅源副粘病毒SF0 2株的生物学特性 ,结果表明 :毒株的血凝素热稳定性指数为 3min ,血凝为快速解脱型 ;能凝集鸡、鸭、鼠、鸽、鹅、人 (O型和A型 )的红细胞 ,对绵羊和山羊的红细胞略凝 ,不凝集牛和猪的红细胞 ;病毒SF0 2株对胰蛋白酶、氯仿、乙醚、pH3.0敏感 ,二价镁离子对病毒有保护作用 ;0 .0 1%的甲醛溶液既能灭活病毒 ,又能保持较好的抗原活性 ;鸡胚平均致死时间 (MDT)为 5 4h ,1日龄雏鸡脑内致病指数 (ICPI)为 1.88;实验感染草鹅、白皇鸽、七彩山鸡、鹧鸪、番鸭等 10 0 %发病与死亡 ,对杂交黄鸡、鹌鹑也有 5 0 %以上的致死率 ,对绿头野鸭则无死亡 ;这些结果为全面了解病毒的特性提供了一些科学依据。 Biological characteristics of goose paramyxovirus SF02 strain were studied. The results showed that the thermostablity index of the strain haemagglutinin was 3 minute at 56℃;it was sensitive to ether,choloroform,pH3.0 and trypsin, Mg 2+ had a protective effect on it; it could agglutinate red blood cells of some animals such as chicken, duck, mouse, pigeon, gooseand human and slightly agglutinate those of sheep and goat but not those of cattle and pig; the haemagglutination elution test showed its rapid eluting pattern. 0.01% formalin could both inactivate the virus and preserve its antigenicity well. The mean death time (MDT) of chicken embryos was 54h and the intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) for one-day-old chicks was 1.88. The mortality of geese,pigeons,pheasants,partridges and Muscovy ducks infected with the virus were all 100%,and the mortality of yellow hybrid chickens,quails and guinea fowls were also above 50% when they were inoculated with the virus,but no death occurred in the wild ducks. These results indicated that the isolate was velogenic ND virus.
