摘要
主要综述了国内外对虫草菌素 (Cordycepin)的研究概况 ,介绍了虫草菌素的来源、合成和理化性质及其在生物学活性、检测方法、提取纯化、药理及临床应用方面的研究进展 ;同时也展望了虫草菌素的市场前景 ,提出了虫草菌素的研究目标 ,指出无冠构巢曲霉 (Aspergillusnidulans)可能将成为提取虫草菌素的另一个重要生物源。
The general situation of cordycepin at home and abroad was reviewed. Its origins,synthesis,physical and chemical properties, the research progress on bioactivities,determining method,extraction and purification,pharmacology and clinical application were introduced. In the meantime, the market prospect and research target of cordycepin was demonstrated and it is suggested that Aspergillus nidulans might be another important source of extracting cordycepin.
