摘要
以二个观赏水草为供试材料 ,进行离体培养研究。供体植株经消毒、短时间修复培养的重复 ,达到减少植株带菌量以及提高成活率的目的 ;确定以MS为基本培养基 ,6 BA 0 .5mg/L与 0 .2 5mg/L交替使用能有效提高增殖率和控制玻璃苗 ,添加NAA 0 .0 2mg/L能使试管苗健壮 ,转入 1/ 2MS无激素培养基即能获得 98%以上的生根率 ,炼苗后移栽水培 ,成活率可达 10 0 %。
Two kinds of ornamental waterweeds were used as tested materials in this study. The results showed that through repeated treatment of surface sterilizing and short-time culturing of the donor plants, the survival rate could increased; based on MS, alternating use of 0.5mg/L and 0.25mg/L 6-BA could effectively improve the propagation coefficient of plantlets and reduce the vitreous plantlets; adding 0.02mg/L NAA could make the test-tube plantlets sound; using 1/2MS without hormone could get the rootability above 98%;transplanting and water culture after hardening off could get the survival rate 100%.
