摘要
目的 观察脑必通胶囊组成成分三七和川芎在镇痛作用中所发挥的作用。方法 取小鼠 5 0只 ,随机均分为 5组 ,对 5组小鼠分别用蒸馏水 (对照组 )、三七 (315mg/kg)、川芎 (35mg/kg)、三七 (315mg/kg)合用川芎 (35mg/kg)、脑必通胶囊 (70 0mg/kg)灌胃。采用小鼠热板法及扭体法观察小鼠灌胃后 30min ,6 0min ,12 0min对热板反应及 70~ 80min对扭体反应的影响。结果 ①单用川芎 35mg/kg后 30~ 12 0min对小鼠热板反应时无明显的延长作用 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而单用三七组、三七合用川芎组及脑必通胶囊组小鼠热板反应时均显著延长 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,灌胃 30min开始起效 ,6 0~ 12 0min作用达高峰 ,且三组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。②单用川芎组小鼠的扭体反应无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而单用三七组、三七合用川芎组及脑必通胶囊组小鼠扭体反应均显著抑制 (P<0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,且三组之间亦无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 脑必通胶囊的镇痛作用是由组方中的成分三七所引起的 ,而组方中成分川芎未呈现出镇痛作用 ;且组方中三七和川芎未产生协同镇痛作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Sanqi and Chuanxiong in the analgesia of Naobitong capsule. Methods The effects of Sanqi 315 mg/kg (equal dose in Naobitong capsule700 mg/kg) or Chuanxiong 35 mg/kg (equal dose in Naobitong capsule 700 mg/kg) alone, Sanqi 315 mg/kg combined with Chuanxiong 35 mg/kg and Naobitong capsule 700 mg/kg ig on the hot plate response 30,60,120 min after administrated and on the writhing responses 70~80 min after given were investigated by using the hot plate method and the writhing assay in mice. Results ① As compared with the control group, Chuanxiong 35 mg/kg alone did not prolong time of the mouse hot plate response(P>0.05); while Sanqi 315 mg/kg, Sanqi 315 mg/kg combined with Chuanxiong 35 mg/kg and Naobitong capsule 700 mg/kg was marked in exhibiting prolonging of the latency time of response to pain stimulation induced by heat(P<0.05, P<0.01) in mice. The significant analgesic effects appeared 30 min and peaked 60~120 min after drug administration. There were no significant differences among the three groups.② As compared with the control group, Chuanxiong 35 mg/kg alone had no effects of inhibiting writhing responses in mice(P>0.05); whereas Sanqi 315 mg/kg, Sanqi 315 mg/kg combining with Chuanxiong 35 mg/kg and Naobitong capsule 700 mg/kg elicited significantly inhibiting acetic acid writhing responses 70~80 min after administration in mice(P< 0.05 , P< 0.01). No significant differences were seen among the three groups. Conclusion The antinociceptive effects of Naobitong capsule are induced by Sanqi, Chuanxiong has no producing analgesia in Naobitong capsule, and no symergism of analgesia induced by combining Sanqi with Chuanxiong has been seen in Naobitong capsule.
