摘要
随着我国市场经济体制改革和教育体制、用人制度改革的逐步深入,高等院校毕业生就业难已成为一个突出的社会问题。解决大学生就业难的问题,需要在人才强国战略思维的指导下,确立系统思维,构建社会、学校、家庭、大学生四联互动机制,为大学生顺利就业提供更好的社会环境。
With the gradually deepening reform of the market economy, the education structure and the employing system in our country, the employment of our country's college students have got an striking social question. For the solution of this question, it is necessary to certainly set up systemic idea and to construct the four-inter-acting mechanism of the society, the college, the family and the students themselves under the command of the strategic thought of strengthening the country with men of ability, so as to provide still better employing social environment for the college students.
