摘要
本文认为,面对大学生就业难的问题,必须正视高等教育的私人投资所存在的特定风险。高等教育私人投资风险发生的主要原因在于,这种投资的成本发生在短期,收益却发生在长期,而个人是很难对长期情况进行准确预测的。文章提出,国家和社会可以通过提供正确的信息或其他某种特定的方式来引导他们在一开始就作出正确的人力资本投资决策;应当采取一定措施来帮助高等教育的私人投资者合理规避这种风险,以避免个人和社会资源的浪费。
Concerning the difficulty of the employment of university graduates, we must envisage the specific risks on higher education investment of the individual investors. Even in the developed market economy nations, the university graduates also could encounter with he situation of employment difficulty. The basic reason of the existence of risks on higher education investment is the short-term cost and the long-term revenue. However, it＇s quite difficult for individuals to predict the long term situations. Hence the government and the society should do something to help the individual investors to properly avoid this risk in higher education investment and save the resources of individuals and society.
