摘要
定向运动是一项挑战智能和体能的运动 ,是集智力和体力为一体的健康型体育活动 ,深受体育爱好者和广大学生的青睐。我校把定向运动教学列入体育课教学 ,在教学实践过程中记录学生的成绩和心率次数 ,并对他们实验前、后3 0 0 0m (或 15 0 0m)成绩对比。结果显示 :学生奔跑能力 ,识图能力显著提高 ;同时学生独立思考、解决困难能力得到锻炼。开展定向运动教学有利于学生的心理、生理和社会适应能力的全面发展 ,体现“健康第一”的思想 。
Orienteering is a health sport that requires both intelligence and physical power. It has been deeply beloved by the sports' fans and most students.In our college, orienteering is in the P.E teaching, during which we made a record of the students' achievements and heart rates, and compare with their 3000m-runing (or1500m-running) before and after the experiment. The result shows that the running and map-reading ability of students improves dramatically. In addition,the students' problem-tackling ability has been well trained. The orienteering teaching do much good to the overall development of the students' state of physiology and psychology, as well as their social adapting ability, embodying the 'Health First' principal guidance, receiving an obvious well instructional effect.
