摘要
运用扫描电镜和全自动血球分析仪研究针刺足三里穴对运动小鼠红细胞形态和血红蛋白浓度的影响 ,结果发现运动组小鼠红细胞畸形率显著高于正常组、针刺组和假针刺组 (均P <0 0 1) ,针刺组小鼠红细胞畸形率分别高于正常组和假针刺组 (均P <0 0 1) ,正常组与假针刺组小鼠红细胞畸形率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,运动组小鼠HGB浓度显著低于正常组、针刺组和假针刺组 (均P <0 0 1) ,针刺组、正常组和假针刺组小鼠红细胞HGB浓度差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。表明针刺足三里穴能明显降低大强度训练小鼠红细胞畸形率 ,提高HGB浓度 ,为针刺足三里穴在体育实践中的运用提供了实验依据。
Scanning electron microscopy and full-autocyto meter were used to research the effect of acupuncturing Tsusanli(AT)AT on red cell morphology and hemoglobin concentration in trained mice Results showed that the percentage of distortional red cell in the exercise group was significantly higher respectively than that of normal group,AT group and imitationg acupuncturing Tsusanli(IAT) group,which mice were treated with nothing,just imitating AT group to fix mice after seimming each day,(always P<0 01) The percentage of distortional red cell in AT group was higher than that of normal group and IAT group (always P<0 01) There was no statistic significance in the percentage of distortional red cell between normal group and IAT group (P<0 05) Hemoglobin concentration of the exercise group were significantly lower respectively than that of normal group,AT group and IAT group(always P<0 01) There was no statistical significance in hemoglobin concentration among AT group,normal group and IAT group (always P<0 05),These indicated that AT could significantly decrease the percentage of distortional red cells caused by over-training,improving hemoglobin concentration in trained mice with a great future for applying in sports medicine
